Gintaras Vyšniauskas - Economist and Chairman of the Board of Baltijos Investiciju Sinteze UAB. He graduated the Vilnius University Faculty of Economics. He worked at the Institute of Building Design and Construction. In 1990 he founded the Lithuanian representative office, which he managed for ten years, of an international shipping and logistics company, in 2001 he was an Advisor to the Lithuanian Prime Minister on information development questions, in 2002 an Advisor to the Mayor of Vilnius on information technology development and investment project questions, and during 2003–2007 a Member of the Vilnius City Council.         Remigijus Kazlauskas - Architect, Director and a Member of the Board of Baltijos Investiciju Sinteze UAB. He graduated the Vilnius Institute of Civil Engineering Faculty of Architecture and the Lithuanian Architects’ Union has awarded him a qualification as a Territory Planning Project Manager and the Lithuanian Ministry of Environment a qualification as a Project Manager for Critical Public, Industrial, Manufacturing, and Business Structures. He has worked as the Head of the Mazeikiai District Municipality’s Architecture and Urban Planning Council and as Chief District Architect.       Paulius Jansonas - Chief Architect and a Member of the Board of Baltijos Investiciju Sinteze UAB. He graduated the Vilnius Institute of Civil Engineering Faculty of Architecture and the Lithuanian Architects’ Union has awarded him a qualification as a Territory Planning Project Manager and the Lithuanian Ministry of Environment a qualification as a Project Manager for Critical Public, Industrial, Manufacturing, and Business Structures. He has worked as the Chief Architect of Mazeikiai District and city and the Chief Architect of the Vilnius City House Construction Concern.
